Trax Farms Produce Department has fresh fruits and vegetables year round. Our homegrown produce is available during the spring, summer, and fall. Our season starts with fresh asparagus in May. The strawberries start coming in around June 1st with black raspberries, red raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries not far behind.

No picnic is complete without Trax Farms sweet corn, ready right before the fourth of July. Our summer harvest of produce ranges from our prize winning cantaloupe, our juicy peaches, and hand picked tomatoes. For the canning season, Trax Farms pickles, peppers, green beans, yellow beans, corn, and tomatoes can't be beat.

We have a wide selecton of winter squash just in time for the harvest table. Trax Farms grows many homegrown fruits and vegetables on their 325-acre farm. We have 2250 apple trees and have 21 different varieties of apples. Our Strawberry crop covers 8 acres. Our sweet corn covers 85 acres, and is our largest crop on the farm. We also offer Pick-Your-Own Crops. These crops start with strawberries in June, blueberries in July, and pumpkins during our Harvest Festival in October. Take your family on a hayride shuttle to the fields to Pick-You-Own Pumpkins.
