Birthday Party Itinerary - Pkg. #1
1) The first 10 to 15 minutes we wait for all of your guests to arrive. The children can color or play with Color Splash dough while they are waiting.
2) When everyone arrives, we start the activity. The hostess will explain to the children what they are supposed to do and how they are supposed to do it. She will be there to help them and answer any questions. The activity usually lasts for about a ½ hour to 45 minutes.
3) After all the children are done, the hostess will have all the children sit at their seats for cake and ice cream. At this point, the hostess is done. She will be in the area to answer any questions you may have. It is up to you to cut the cake, scoop the ice cream, serve it, and open the gifts.
4) There usually is a ½ hour left after opening the gifts. Weather permitting, we have a playground outside near the birthday room. You may also bring in games of your own to fill that ½ hour (i.e. pin the tail on the donkey).

3) After all the children are done, the hostess will have all the children sit at their seats for cupcakes and ice cream. If you picked package 3, she will serve the hotdogs or peanut butter sandwiches before the cupcakes and ice cream. She will have the kids sing happy birthday and serve the cupcakes and ice cream.
4) When the children are done eating, she will have them gather at the gift table but it is up to you to do the rest. While you are taking care of the gifts, the hostess will be cleaning up the food table. She will be there to answer any of your questions.

*As a reminder…If you are supplying snacks, food or drinks for the adults, please remember to bring plates, napkins, cups & utensils. We only supply the plates, cups, napkins & utensils for the children. We do cover all the tables with tablecloths.
